When you need this form

Picnic settings, shelters, public BBQs, bollards and bin enclosures sit outdoors all year and fail slowly. Timber splits, bolts loosen, concrete footings lift, BBQ plates corrode. What good looks like

• Each asset identified by ID or location, not "seats near oval".
• Stability tested: wobble, loose fixings, footing movement, rusted frames.
• BBQ plates, ignition and gas fittings checked and condition rated.
• Hazards photographed close up plus a wide shot for context.
• Defects raised with a risk rating and who is fixing them.
