Childcare centres run on documented hygiene routines, so this form captures the approved policy and the schedule that sits behind it: who cleans what, how often, and to what standard. Use it when a centre is onboarded, when the policy is revised, or when an assessor asks how infection control and child-safety procedures are actually applied. Most states expect cleaning responsibilities to be written down, allocated and communicated, not assumed.
