When you need this form

Water sampling rounds sit at the centre of any building water risk plan: cooling towers, warm water systems, showers, drinking outlets and dead legs. Hospitals, aged care homes, hotels and large commercial sites sample on a set cycle and send samples to a laboratory. Legionella and bacterial risk is managed by evidence, not intention, so the log is usually the first record an auditor asks to see.

Gaps in a paper log look like missed rounds, even when the round happened. Capturing each sample point live fixes that: the location is pinned, the time is stamped, the requested parameters travel with the sample, and the laboratory result lands against the exact point it came from. Exceedances then show a dated corrective action instead of a handwritten note nobody can trace.
