When you need this form
Shift changeovers are where security jobs go wrong. Keys, radios, incomplete patrols, an unresolved incident, a door left on the wrong setting. This log captures what the outgoing guard passes to the incoming one: observations, exceptions, outstanding escalations and equipment counts. New sites and new clients need it most, because reporting expectations are still being set and nothing has become routine yet.
