When you need this form

Certified management systems require the leadership team to sit down at set intervals and review how the system is actually performing. Inputs include audit results, non-conformances, client complaints, corrective action status, objectives and resourcing. Auditors ask for the record of that meeting first, because it shows the system is being run by management rather than filed by an administrator.

Minutes typed up a fortnight later read like minutes typed up a fortnight later. Captured live, the review carries the date it happened, the people who attended, the decisions made and the evidence attached to each item. Surveillance audits sample exactly this. A signed record with linked actions is far harder to pick apart than a document with an editable date.
