When you need this form

Airside cleaning is different. Waste from international aircraft and arrivals areas is treated as quarantine material, and it has to be segregated, contained and moved to an approved disposal point without crossing into general waste. Add airside access rules, escorted zones and security checks, and every shift carries obligations most cleaning contracts never see. Airport operators expect the handling steps to be recorded, not assumed.

One misrouted bin can trigger a biosecurity investigation. When it happens, the operator asks who handled the waste, which bin it went to and whether the seal was intact. A live form holds the answer already: the operator's name, the pass or ID checked, the time, the photo of the sealed container and the disposal point. Paper cannot survive that scrutiny.
